Chalkwell Coaches digitalises timetabling and scheduling with Omnibus software suite

Jun 24 – Chalkwell Coaches, a family-run operator in Kent, has selected Velociti Solutions Omnibus software suite to build timetables and schedules efficiently.

Established in 1931, Chalkwell has a fleet of 55 vehicles with a PVR of 21 for local services and uses Velociti consultancy for roadside timetable publicity.

Under the new agreement, the operator will replace manual processes with software for compiling complex timetables, vehicle schedules, creating compliant driver duties and TransXChange tools for seamless data exchange.

Together, the solutions will provide Chalkwell with capabilities to grow patronage, maximise revenue, improve efficiency and accuracy, and deliver outstanding customer service.
