ENGAGE, accessible via smartphone, empowers drivers with real-time work management and offers operators control over alerts distribution.
Through the app, drivers can effortlessly access their upcoming work, rota details and hours worked, as well as request leave, shift swaps, and express availability for additional duties, ensuring equitable access to overtime opportunities.
The integration of the driver app with Newport Transport’s Omnibus depot allocation system streamlines business operations by automating driver requests and enquiries, reducing administrative burdens.
