Claire has been a valuable member of the rail division for the past four years, initially managing customer support and now taking on the critical role of IT operations, compliance and governance across the business. With an impressive 27 years of experience in software support, compliance, and auditing across various industries—including education, recruitment, healthcare, procurement, finance, and transport—she brings a wealth of knowledge to her position.
Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that quality and security are prioritised in all operations. Claire is dedicated to documenting processes and tasks, continuously reviewing them for Continual Service Improvement, which is essential for maintaining high standards within the organisation.
Outside of work Claire leads a vibrant life filled with diverse interests: dogs, karaoke and singing, crafts, watching tv and films, photography, origami, star gazing, travel, trains, quizzing and puzzles!!
