Her background includes roles in support, service delivery, security, project governance, finance, and PMO. She is skilled in project management, change management, financial processing, resource optimization, and stakeholder engagement. As Head of Business Performance, Jodie focuses on ensuring the business operates efficiently, with well-functioning internal processes and systems.
Outside of work, Jodie enjoys challenging herself. She recently participated in the 2023/24 Clipper Round the World Yacht race, completing Leg 7 in May/June 2024, sailing 6,750 nautical miles from Seattle to Washington DC, despite never having sailed before..
