Bus geek and problem solver, Olly spent over 10 years (of her 16 years at EPM) in her spiritual home on the Service Desk supporting our clients with their queries, and now oversees our implementation and support desk teams. Away from work, Olly spends her time obsessing over rugby, despite being too old to play anymore! She is a self-proclaimed film nerd, who loves the sea and hanging out with her family.
