Paul is approaching his 15-year mark with EPM, progressing from Assistant Auditor to Head of Concessionary Fares and Internal Audit. During his tenure, he has gained extensive experience and become a specialist in BSOG, Concessionary Fares Reimbursement and Internal/Operational audits, obtaining his ACCA qualification along the way. Paul enjoys going to music gigs, has a season ticket at Aston Villa and loves being walked by his cocker spaniel.
